My favorite meal it's spaghetti.
You need :
-a bag of spaghetti
-5 tomatoes (2 tablespoons tomato paste)
-4 cloves of garlic
-3 tablespoons olive oil
-2 onions
-salt
-pepper
-basil
-oregano
1) Step one :
Boil spaghetti in salted water and leave as time went on the packaging.
2) Step two :
Olive oil is hot offers. In it fry chopped onion. When this is done well add diced tomatoes. If you use tomato paste with a little water will extinguish.
3) Step three :
Add the crushed garlic and let it simmer about 5-7 minutes. Finally season with salt, pepper, oregano and basil. This sauce is poured over spaghetti and mix well.
This preparation, spaghetti with tomato sauce, serve immediately what was done. You shave in each little parmesan dish.
Spaghetti lose their flavor if you get to be cool and dry if they are not consumed immediately.
