It's funny I still say holiday, although it is more a vacation. However, I still see it as a child that goes to grandma holidays. So Easter happens at least several years. It's a tradition in our family and I would love to keep in time. With my mother and sister talk about the menu and we cook, do shopping list and get busy. This year we had boiled eggs on the table, but they have natural color (could not miss), tripe, lamb and mushroom block - stops changing tastes and guidelines, chicken soup, roast lamb and pork. For dessert, cake and bread my grandmother. Ha! It was my first major contribution to individual and family brought an important holiday. That's because the majority of mother and grandmother cooking all deals. I'm in there with them more than help. I do not mind but I can learn.
