Heat oven to 400 degrees. Brown onion in bacon drippings and cook for 3 minutes. Add broken bits of hamburger and gravy mix; cook until lightly brown. Add all seasonings and other ingredients except cheese. Cook 15 minutes. Line 8-10 inch pie pan with biscuit dough. Fill with meat mixture, then spread on top with cheese. Bake approximately 25 minutes or until cheese is melted and dough is brown.
