I am now a teenager and, being the only girl in the family, I enjoy the privilege of having a room of my own. It is a cozy bedroom with pink, my favorite color, as the main theme. I have decorated it to my liking, with pale pink and white lace curtains, and a pink bedspread over my bed. Even my pillow cases are pink in color. The walls are painted a light shade of pink and on them hang pictures of flowers and my favorite stars. There is a huge picture of my parents and me right on the wall above my bed. It was taken when I was one. I looked cute and plump then.Beside the bed, there is a small side table with a vase of flowers, a small alarm clock and a picture of my pet puppy - a cute little dachshund. My study table faces a window and I get a good view of my garden from my seat. A little table lamp brightens up the room and I use it at night when I do some reading.I have a small dressing table where I keep my toiletries, a mirror and flowers to cheer me up each morning. My little dolls and teddy bears are placed in a row.My study table is very spacious and I do my homework there. Two shelves line the wall and I make use of them to keep my encyclopedia and books on hobbies, stories of adventure and mystery.I am lucky to have such a comfortable place which I can call my own and where I can relax or do my school work with no one to disturb me.
