To the online department
Sir,Yesterday i bought a dress online.I paid very much for it plus TVA and other things.
When the dress arrived,It wasn't even packed in something. It was wet,torn in many places and it was dirty too! In the image,the dress didn't look like this.
I would like my money back,please!

Domnule,ieri am cumparat o rochie online. Am platit foarte mult plus TVA si alte chestii.
Cand rochia a ajuns,nu era nici macar inpachetata in ceva.Era uda,rupta in multe locuri si era i murdara! In imagine,rochia nu arata asa.
Mi-as vrea banii inapoi,va rog!
