Honestly, I was almost impossible to write down what you eat every day for 13 weeks, I would have taken a lot of time, so I did get the simplified regime 4 weeks. If not weak enough, take it over again in a week or two. I am not saying that all people go, but my friend told me that more land and a colleague of hers who weakened as much.
I found it interesting because it is quite varied and certain foods you are allowed unlimited quantities. I thought maybe you would have some help. If you manage to lose weight with it, give the news :)
