The noun is the part of speech that names the beings, objects, substances, places, natural phenomena, events and a series of abstract concepts. It is one of the few parts of speech present in all languages (another is the verb). In some languages nouns are amended and case number. The sentence, nouns are often intended subject or direct object can be replaced by pronouns or adjectives can be determined.
