"Another year, another Christmas" grandma lowered her head and murmured quietly . Her eyes , passionate and beautiful as never before , her smile , all of her appearance radiated the holiday spirit. She had just finished cooking and stood there waiting for her guests to come . The next year , it would have been the 5th year since grandpa died. Since she lived alone , Christmas was her escape from loneliness and routine , from the never-ending news and rummors of a small and forgotten village. She heard some noises that sounded like a car ,then a group of people , her children and grand children entering the room . Kisses and everybody takes a place at the dinner table . Now the spirit radiates in all of the eyes in the room . After the tasty food , the children prefer to go near the Christmas tree and sing their favourite carols , some murmuring , some laughing , but it still sounds beautiful . Grandma is happy , she reminded herself that life isn't worthless , it is about enjoying your loved ones.
