Our last family holiday table was in spring. The Easter was the holiday we were celebrating for. The weather was amazing and everyone was happy. We started by eating our traditional meat for Easter, lamb. The lamb was well-cooked and we ate it with homemade bread, made by my mom. Next, we cracked some eggs. This is a very old tradition in our country. We dye eggs in different colours, especially red and we decorate them eventually. At the table, two of the family members take two eggs and crack them saying something like "Christ revived". And the egg which doesn't crack wins. So do the family member who had the winner egg. And this is done until we don't have any eggs. We had next a super delicious cake very simillar to pannetone. It's very hard to make that cake but it is worth it. We eat it with eggs as well. This was my last family holiday table.
