There is a big difference between fast food and home-made food. Fast food may be delicious and cheap, but it is also very dangerous. We don't always know what a hamburger or a "chicken" nugget is made of. There are a lot of discussions about hamburgers that are made of human meat. When we are eating home-made food, we know what is inside of it, and it is obviously healthier. Any person would choose to go to McDonald's to eat, than to cook themselves the food, because they "don't have enough time to cook". Well, we have to take the time to be healthier, because if we don't, no one else will. We can make a salad instead of buying fast food. A salad gives us energy and vitamins, while fast food give us.. nothing but calories and the wish to eat more and more until we can't move.
