Seara buna la toti ,am si eu nevoie de o scrisoare formala ,prin care se adreseaza o plangere . Undeva la 120 -150 cuvinte . Va rog sa ma ajutati . Mai multe detalii in imagine ( punctul D ).

Dear Guverner
 Your grace, as in the past letters want to express my disgust  for the flat that i purchased.
Ever since i moved there there was a big red stain on the bathroom wall and also the fridge has stopped working,what kind of house isn't provided with electricity.
So as your grace knows a flat is supposed to be at least 20 yards well mine is 15 yards,what kind of sick owner is  supposed to sell flats that are 15 years long,especially for a family with two children and a cat.
